Cardiff Million Marijuana March 2011 – Legalise Cannabis Rally

This year members of JuggaNote will be joining smokers and campaigners taking part in a Legalise Cannabis Rally to be held in Cardiff this Saturday May 7th. Cardiff will be one of the 400 cities taking part in this years Million Marijuana March.

The Cardiff event itself will start at 1.30pm, meeting in Cathays Park and ending up at the Sennydd Building at Cardiff Bay.

The ideas we’ll be looking to promote are simply how much of a failure prohibition has been in tackling the problems it was set out to tackle.’ too easy for minors too access the drug, a vast amount of public money wasted on arresting and prosecuting those who are guilty of a victimless crime, the dangers of the illegal drugs trade such as cutting drugs with more dangerous chemicals, people trafficking, loss of tax revenue, as well as trying to dispel the myths of the harms to the individual and society of cannabis use.

If you’re free and in the area please come along and join JuggaNote in helping to promote the above issues and for a lovely walk with like minded people through Cardiff.
